Clinical counselling is for you if you are self-reflective and want to make some changes in your health, relationships, or emotional wellbeing. For those living with depression and anxiety, counselling can be a lifeline when you are emotionally stuck, but you don't have to have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from counselling.

I work with people who have been disappointed with counselling in the past and are looking to incorporate their cultural values and spiritual beliefs into therapy. I work with people from diverse backgrounds with a special focus on managing depression and anxiety, family harmony, spirituality, and increasing self-esteem.
