Transpersonal Psychotherapist

If you have already tried therapy before and haven’t found what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.

I work with high-achieving professionals who are facing burnout, family strain, or depression to get the insight and tools they need to get back on track. Using a combination of Narrative, Transpersonal, and Somatic tools, we will explore how you got here and be intentional about where you’re going. I have a special interest in supporting BIPOC people who have not had success in therapy and are looking for a more culturally-attuned approach. Most people work with me for 10-15 sessions.

A little about me: I have a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and have been in practice for 20 years. In addition to group therapy, retreats, and community trainings, I am also an Adjunct Professor and Clinical Supervisor who works with training and supervising new therapists.
