Clinical counselling is for you if you are self-reflective and want to make some changes in your health, relationships, or emotional wellbeing. There are many proven benefits to counselling and therapy, including a better mood, more harmonious relationships, an increase in self-care, better sleep and overall health, and increased hope and optimism. For those living with depression and anxiety, counselling can be a lifeline when you are emotionally stuck, but you don't have to have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from counselling.


Support Groups

Join a group of like-minded people to learn and grow.

Currently taking registration for "Chai and Chat" which is a drop-In support group for women with depression and anxiety. Held every second Saturday beginning Mar 7, 2020 in Surrey, BC. Attendance is by donation.
